Each eventsfyi event is completely perstonal and a true reflection of you and your requirements. I have a very flexible approach to planning your party and you decide how involved you want me to be. You stay in complete control.

I have known Annelie for several years and I know her to be very reliable, hardworking and a very creative thinker.
She organised my 50th birthday party and helped me from the conception of the original idea (a Swedish Midsummer theme) to the final event. She designed the invitations and matching envelopes, prepared a spreadsheet for the guest list for replies, organised the marquee, catering, decorating the marquee and small favours for guests to take home. Annelie thought about every tiny detail and went above and beyond to make it a very special and memorable event.

We moved to the US in Aug 2020 when no farewell get togethers were allowed due to the pandemic. We were able to travel back to the UK in 2022 and decided that a party would be the best way to see everyone again. That’s when we got in contact with Annelie. She took our brief and sourced everything for our “English Garden Hello Again” party. Annelie handled everything from marquee, bar and furniture hire to all decorations and food. It was the most magical day for us to catch up with our friends and family. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and music and lots of memories were made. We cannot thank Annelie enough for her exceptional attention to detail, her caring and personable approach and her complete understanding of our brief. Memories that will last a lifetime!

We had a party to celebrate jointly our 80th birthdays and 30 years of marriage. Annelie was a delight to work with; so many ideas regarding table dressing, flowers, marquee layout etc and went to endless trouble to find the right combinations of materials and colours to use. In addition, she came up with a number of designs for the invitations for us to choose from, all matching the general design scheme. So much energy and enthusiasm were put in the overall process. Annelie clearly loved what she was doing and revelled in the challenges it brought up whilst keeping to schedule and always staying in touch to keep us up to speed with developments.
We would not hesitate to recommend Annelie in this role; anyone who employs her will not be disappointed.

Using Annelie as our party planner was the best insurance for ensuring our event was managed without any surprises. From behind the scene, Annelie allowed us to enjoy our daughter's Christening to the fullest. Her attention to detail and linking it to what we wanted was just as we wanted, if not more. She listened attentively to what we wanted on the day and went above and beyond to make it just as we wanted. The planning was made a relaxing and enjoyable experience and her ideas were exceptional. On the actual day, we did not have an ounce of stress as Annelie had everything right down from the lovely flower arrangements to the finer details like guests memories, all underhand. She was able to make the party so beautiful and just perfect for our little girl’s special day. We can’t thank her enough and highly recommend her.
